Health Disclaimer
- All students are subject to annual registration fee of $35 per student OR $60 maximum per family, payable with first class/month's tuition
- Class Tuition Fee:
- Class tuition fee rate is $25/class (45 min) charged on a monthly basis (1st of each month), based on the number of weeks your particular class is in session during the month
- Tuition fees will be automatically charged each month to the card on file as enrollment is continuous until a withdrawal is submitted
- Regular class attendance is strongly encouraged. We do not give refunds or proration for missed classes.
- Students may take make-up classes for missed classes, if classes are available for your age group or skill level on another day. Make-up classes must be completed within 60 days from the missed class date in a different session other than your regular class. They may be done in a studio location or virtually. Please keep in mind that different batches learn different routines.
- We will no longer be offering walk-in memberships from September 2022. At Rhythm India we want our students to be consistent, as we take pride in the standard of our class choreography and dancers can only grow when they are dedicated & consistent. We have a waitlist for most of our classes & hence we do not hold spots.
- Enrollment is dropped until all fees are paid in full. If an online payment is declined, an additional fee of $10 will be charged to the account.
- There are no refunds on tuition or registration fees.
Cancellations / Make Up Classes
- Rhythm India reserves the right to provide another instructor if the regularly scheduled instructor is ill or otherwise unable to teach classes. If an instructor is ill and the school cannot arrange an instructor, any missed classes will be made-up.
- If a class is canceled by Rhythm India due to unforeseen circumstances, and your payment has already been processed, the fees will be prorated. The excess credit balance will be applied automatically to the following billing period.
- In the case of inclement weather, Rhythm India will notify you of any cancelations and make-up sessions by text and email.
Withdrawal / Discontinuation
- If you need to withdraw / discontinue class, Rhythm India must receive your withdrawal request form at least 30 days prior for the class cancellation to take effect. Else tuition is expected in full if notification is not received. Verbal notice given to instructors is not sufficient. Tuition billing will continue until sufficient notice of withdrawal is given. No refunds will be given on payments due to insufficient notice of intent to withdraw.
- Any leave of absence (unless mandated by a physician) and where tuition is not billed, will be considered a withdrawal from the class and will require payment of additional re-registration fee upon the student's return to class.
- Students in Intermediate and Advanced level classes, will be required to re-audition if they wish to be placed in their same batch after a break/withdrawal
- Any student returning after withdrawing will need to pay re-registration fees.
- Outstanding Balance Accounts - Students with an outstanding balance will be dropped / withdrawn from the class until all fees are paid in full.
- Rhythm India has the right to remove unenrolled students from Rhythm India's class mailing list/communication.
Rhythm India's Annual Bollywood Production "Just Dance"
- Students have the option to participate in Rhythm India's Annual Bollywood Production "Just Dance", where your child will have the opportunity to shine on stage & be a Bollywood Superstar. "Just Dance" usually takes place during the Spring each year (March or April), but due to the ever changing uncertainty with regards to COVID, the status of the event will be dependent on the situation at that time, and on the number of interested participants from each batch.
- Students interested in performing in “Just Dance” must be enrolled for classes at least 6 months prior to recital.
- Virtual students interested in performing in “Just Dance” must attend in-person classes at least 3 months prior to recital
Lobby Rules
- We take pride in keeping our studios clean. Please keep food & drinks to a minimum. If you do bring food & drinks, please make sure the drinks are clear liquids & you clean up after yourselves. This applies to dancers, siblings and parents. Small children must be supervised at all times. Parents and students shall be liable for any damages to property or assets of Rhythm India caused by their children or others under their supervision.
- Students should be picked up promptly after class. Students must wait inside the studio & not outside. Rhythm India will not be responsible if parents come to pick up their kids after their class times are over. We try our best to accommodate our parents and students, but once the next batch starts, our focus & attention are on those kids.
Medical Needs
- Students must be medically fit. In case on any medical condition needing special attention, the same must be mentioned in writing and a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from your physician must be attached. Students must inform the instructor about any joint or muscle aches.
Non-compete and Creative Ownership
- Students will not reproduce, use or transmit in any form, any of the Dance routines taught to them in class, in part or in whole for any commercial or other purposes, unless allowed by Rhythm India.

- The "Legal Disclaimer and Release from Liability" mentioned on the registration form must be signed by the student or guardian. Personal insurance must be used if an accident should occur. Rhythm India Dance Centers are not liable for any accidents that may occur in the classroom at these centers.
