"JHOOM" Bollywood Fitness Classes
Rhythm India presents its first comprehensive Bollywood fitness program - "JHOOM" Fitness.
Rhythm India launched their Bollywood Fitness Workout Routine called "JHOOM", for the Half-Time show at the Houston Rockets v/s LA Clippers NBA Game on Saturday, March 29th 2014 at the Toyota center. There were close to 100 performers on the court who had a once in a life time kind of experience, performing & working out to a medley of three popular Bollywood songs. Why Jhoom?
Jhoom is the quintessential Bollywood word for "sway" or "dance", and what better way to get fit!
Class Format
Our routines will include the many diverse dance styles that make up "Bollywood" dance - Street dance, Bhangra, Hip Hop, Belly dance.
A one hour class that will be fun, high energy, easy to follow, and will target the different muscle groups. We will start with a 5-10 min warm-up and finish with a cool-down. A well balanced unique workout with an emphasis on flexibility, mobility, core strength and stability, improving your stamina, attaining emotional and mental peace through meditation and breathing techniques, become more comfortable with your body, improve mentally and physically.

Track & Measure Results
Students will indicate their goal weight and track results on a monthly basis. Additional fitness, diet tips, and resources will be available through our Pinterest channel and there will be on going discussions with our instructors. We will celebrate our success stories over social media:)

Everyone 13 years and above is welcome to join - men, women, boys, girls, beginners, experts, and everyone in between!

Mondays from 6:30 - 7:30pm & Wednesdays from 6:45 - 7:45 pm at the Rhythm India Dance Studio: 867 Dulles Ave, Suite B, Stafford, TX 77477

Class Rates for "Jhoom"
$16 / class for one class per week
$13 / class for two classes per week
Combined with Rhythm India Bollywood Dance Classes
If you are taking a regular Rhythm India dance class in addition to Jhoom, the pricing will be as follows:
$16 / Rhythm India Class + $13 / Jhoom Fitness Class
Walk-Ins
$20 per class
Walk-ins can pay per class; all others pay on a monthly basis. Tuition is due at the first class of the month
$13 / class for two classes per week
Combined with Rhythm India Bollywood Dance Classes
