Tuition is $30 per regular class and billed monthly at the start of each month for all scheduled classes that month.

Policies and Procedures

REGISTRATION & ENROLLMENT POLICY

Annual Registration Fee: All students are subject to annual registration fee of $45 per student or $80 per family, billed annually and due with the first class or month’s tuition.
Tuition Fee & Automatic Monthly Billing: Tuition is $30 per regular scheduled class. Classes extended beyond their regular length are billed as an additional class at the standard rate. Tuition is billed monthly in advance for all scheduled classes and automatically charged to the card on file. During show preparation periods, additional classes may be scheduled. These extra classes will be billed at the standard per-class rate, and charges may appear at the end of the current month or in the following month’s billing cycle.
Enrollment Continuity: Enrollment is automatic and continuous until Rhythm India receives a written Withdrawal Form submitted at least 30 days in advance. Tuition will continue to be billed for at least 30 days from submission of the Withdrawal Form.
Declined Payments & Outstanding Balances: A $10 fee applies for declined payments. Accounts with unpaid balances may result in suspension of participation or complete termination of enrollment until all fees are paid in full.
Annual Bollywood Production “Just Dance”: Students have the opportunity to participate in Rhythm India’s annual production, shining on stage and showcasing their skills like a Bollywood Superstar. “Just Dance” is typically held in the Spring (March or April), though the exact timing may vary depending on circumstances and participation levels. To be eligible, students must have been enrolled for at least six months prior to the event.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY 30-DAY WRITTEN NOTICE REQUIRED

Written Withdrawal Form Required: All withdrawals must be submitted via Rhythm India LLC’s official Withdrawal Form at least 30 days prior to the intended withdrawal date. Verbal notice, texts or emails not using the official form are insufficient.
Automatic tuition billing will continue until the Withdrawal Form is received and processed. Tuition will continue to be billed for at least 30 days from submission, and payments for insufficient notice are non-refundable.
Any leave of absence not mandated by a physician will be treated as a withdrawal, requiring re-registration fees upon return. Students returning after a full withdrawal must also pay the annual registration fee again.
Students in Intermediate or Advanced levels will be required to re-audition to rejoin their original batch after a break or withdrawal.
Waitlists: For classes that have waitlists, if a student withdraws and later wishes to return, re-enrollment is subject to availability. If the class is full, the student will be placed on the waitlist in the order requests are received.

NO REFUND POLICY

All fees - including, but not limited to, tuition, registration, production, costume, special rehearsal, and ticket fees - are non-refundable. Tuition fees are not refunded or prorated for missed classes due to illness, vacation, or other reasons.
Rhythm India LLC may terminate a student’s enrollment at its discretion. In such cases, only unused lessons will be refunded.

CLASS ATTENDANCE, CANCELLATION, & MAKE-UP POLICY

Instructor Substitution: Rhythm India may provide a substitute instructor if the regular instructor is unavailable.
Class Cancellations: If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a make-up class will be scheduled whenever possible. If a make-up cannot be arranged, fees will be prorated and any credit automatically applied to the next billing period. Cancellation notices and make-up details will be sent via email (same-day notices may occur for unexpected events).
Make-Up Classes: Only students with active enrollment are eligible for make-up classes. Make-ups must be scheduled in a different session or batch, based on availability, and must be completed within 60 days of the missed class. Please note that different batches may learn different routines.
Missed Classes: Tuition will not be refunded or prorated for missed classes, and enrollment cannot be paused. Weekly class videos are provided only for paid classes.

PICK-UP, DROP-OFF, & PREMISES LIABILITY POLICY

Students should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class and must be picked up promptly at the end of class. Rhythm India LLC does not provide supervision outside of scheduled class times and is not responsible for students left unattended before or after class.
Rhythm India LLC operates within a rented suite inside a larger building complex. Rhythm India LLC is only responsible for activities within its designated studio space. We are not liable for incidents, accidents, injuries, theft, or damages that occur in common areas of the building, including but not limited to hallways, lobbies, restrooms, stairways, parking lots, or outdoor areas. Parents/guardians and students are responsible for their own safety, belongings, and conduct outside of the studio premises.

ACCOUNT, COMMUNICATION & MEDIA POLICY

Unpaid Balances: Accounts with unpaid balances may result in suspension of participation or complete termination of enrollment until all fees are paid in full.
Communication Removal: Rhythm India LLC may remove unenrolled or withdrawn students from mailing lists and communications.
Media Waiver: I grant Rhythm India LLC and its affiliates permission to use my and/or my family’s likeness or photographs for promotional purposes. I understand no compensation will be provided for such use.

NON-COMPETE & CREATIVE OWNERSHIP POLICY

All choreography, dance routines, and instructional materials taught by Rhythm India LLC are the exclusive creative property of Rhythm India. Students may not reproduce, record, distribute, or use any choreography, routines, or related content learned in class — in part or in whole — for personal, commercial, or other purposes without prior written permission from Rhythm India LLC.

MEDICAL FITNESS

Students must be medically fit to participate. Any medical condition requiring special attention must be disclosed in writing, accompanied by a physician’s No Objection Certificate. Students must also inform the instructor of any joint or muscle aches or other relevant conditions.

HEALTH, RISK & MEDICAL LIABILITY POLICY

Health Disclaimer: Rhythm India LLC services and programs are for educational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Dance and physical exercise carry inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, sprains, strains, fractures, overexertion, fainting, abnormal blood pressure, and in rare cases, serious injury or death. I acknowledge that I have consulted, or will consult, a healthcare provider as needed before participating. I will stop immediately if I or my child experience dizziness, fainting, or physical discomfort. Rhythm India LLC disclaims liability for injury arising from participation.
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability: I voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation. I agree to defend, hold harmless, indemnify, and release Rhythm India LLC, its instructors, officers, trustees, employees, agents, and equipment from any liability, claims, or causes of action. I accept responsibility for any property damage or injury caused by me or my child. I confirm that I or my child have no medical conditions that would prevent participation.
Emergency Medical Authorization: I authorize Rhythm India LLC and its employees to administer first aid, arrange transport to a hospital, and initiate medical treatment at my expense. Rhythm India LLC is not responsible for any medical costs incurred.

INDEMNITY CLAUSE & LEGAL DISCLAIMER

The Legal Disclaimer and Release from Liability in this policy must be acknowledged as part of the registration process. Personal insurance must be used if an accident occurs. Rhythm India LLC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring in the classroom, studio, or surrounding premises.
